As Director of Housekeeping at Shaker Pointe, Mary Ogunbunmi leads and motivates the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and service throughout the community. She oversees daily operations in resident apartments, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, conducts regular inspections, coordinates with maintenance to resolve facility issues, manages the housekeeping budget, and monitors inventory and staffing to ensure efficiency.
Mary holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management and brings expertise in team leadership, operational excellence, and service quality. Her focus on organization and collaboration helps create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all residents.
