How Our Rental Model Works
New residents pay a refundable security deposit equal to one month’s service fee upon move-in. This deposit secures your apartment and supports ongoing community upkeep.
Your only recurring cost is a monthly service fee, which covers nearly all day-to-day living expenses.

The monthly fee at Parkland covers a comprehensive range of independent living services and amenities designed to simplify daily life and promote well-being. This all-inclusive payment includes utilities such as phone, cable, internet, water, gas, and electricity, along with insurance, home maintenance, housekeeping, and transportation.
Residents also enjoy access to engaging programs, a fitness center and indoor pool, on-site dining, and much more, making it easy to live comfortably and stay active.
